Refund/Return Policy
At The Jaipur Wala, we take pride in crafting hand block printed organic home linen products using natural dyes. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for eligible items.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Refund Deductions
- If the package is returned due to non-cooperation with the delivery partner (e.g., failing to confirm identity or accept the parcel), the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Late deliveries caused by shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL) are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
- If a customer refuses delivery due to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, the order is non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns/Refunds for Engraved or Personalized Items
- Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are uniquely crafted for you.
- If you order multiple engraved products and wish to return one, this will not be accepted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time for the refund to reflect).

How to Initiate a Return
To return your product, email us at info@thejaipurwala.org with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
