Shipping Carriers & Timeframes

We ship all orders with USPS, DHL, or FedEx, including tracking and insurance. Your order will arrive in 9-14 business days, plus 1-3 days for processing.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• United States & Canada: 4-7 business days
• Australia: 4-7 business days
  • Remote areas may incur extra charges, which will be communicated after order placement.
  • For remote areas, Indian Post shipping is available (9-13 business days, no extra charge).
• UK & Europe: 5 business days
  • Import duties and VAT (approximately 10-15%) may apply.
• Rest of the World: 10-12 business days

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above $299 USD.
• A $15 USD shipping fee applies to orders below $299 USD.

Late Deliveries

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier service issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for late deliveries unless the delay is caused by us.

Import Duties & Taxes

• United States: Orders under $800 USD are exempt from duties/taxes.
• Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 are exempt.
• Non-EU Customers: Duties/taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
• UK, Germany, Canada: We do not pre-calculate or notify customers about import fees. Customers are responsible for these charges.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to import duties/taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
